In its latest 2025 report on the state of the world's emotions, the American Gallup Consulting and Analysis Center released a list of the world's angriest nations, with Chad ranking first and Iraq among the top ten.

The survey asked participants whether they had felt angry the previous day. The percentage of "yes" answers determined each country's ranking on the list.

Iraq ranked fifth on the list, with 40% of respondents reporting feeling angry the previous day. This places Iraq among the countries experiencing high levels of psychological and emotional stress.
