The General Retirement Authority announced today, Sunday (August 2, 2026), the commencement of pension payments for August 2026.
Hussam Abdul Sattar, Assistant Head of the National Retirement Authority, told Iraq Times Agency, "In coordination with the Accounting Department, the Retirement Authority announces the disbursement of pension payments for August 2026."
He urged "retirees who receive messages to visit banks and payment outlets to collect their pensions."
