Arab Parliament Speaker Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi congratulated the Republic of Iraq, its leadership, government, parliament, and people, on Friday, on the occasion of its National Day.
Al-Yamahi expressed his "sincere congratulations and wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Republic of Iraq," praising its "national efforts to consolidate security and stability and enhance its regional and international standing."
He emphasized that "Iraq represents a fundamental pillar in the system of joint Arab action and a key pillar for achieving security and peace in the region."
He pointed out that "this national occasion embodies the firm will of the Iraqi people to preserve their national unity, sovereignty, and stability."
